Dave Paterson, B.COMM, CFA – Director of Risk and Research Dave has been actively involved in the Canadian investment industry since 1994. Having specialized in mutual fund research early in his career, Dave received his CFA charter in 2000 and founded Paterson & Associates in 2002. As president of Paterson & Associates, Dave has performed analysis on thousands of mutual funds and developed an expertise in exempt market investment funds, including hedge funds, mortgage investment corporations and real estate investment trusts. In his role as Director of Risk and Research at Westcourt Capital, Dave provides essential expertise and experience in the sourcing and due diligence of investment funds that share the investment characteristics and philosophy of investment products currently on Westcourt's "recommended list". |
